The travel, tourism and hospitality industry has faced significant disruptions in recent years — from the COVID-19 pandemic to ongoing geopolitical uncertainties. These challenges have reshaped career pathways, disrupted talent pipelines, and widened the gap between industry requirements and the availability of skilled, job-ready professionals.
Today, Travel Management Companies (TMCs), hotels, tour operators and other industry players face increasing challenges in recruiting and retaining trained manpower. Despite the availability of job opportunities, many employers struggle to find candidates equipped with the right industry knowledge, practical skills and professional competencies.

The solution
From a vision — to My Value Academy
As the industry evolved, we identified a growing gap between the demand for trained professionals and their availability. The solution was to develop the talent itself.
Mr. Atul Gupta envisioned a skill development platform dedicated to preparing people for the changing world of work — where individuals could learn, gain practical exposure and prepare themselves for new professional opportunities.
Based on this vision of Mr. Atul Gupta, the stage is now set for the launch of My Value Academy (MVA) — www.myvalueacademy.com. Backed by strong credibility in the region, Shree Sati Group launched its academic arm in October 2026: a hybrid learning platform offering affordable online and in-person classes for students, working professionals and organisations.
The focus is practical, relevant learning — so individuals can apply what they learn in the workplace, and organisations can address changing business requirements. MVA also offers internships and placement assistance to students on successful completion of courses.
